SuperIntern Terms of Use

Please read these Terms before using SuperIntern. By using our Service, you agree to:
- AI limitations: outputs may contain errors;
- No professional advice: not medical, legal, or financial advice;
- Limited liability: service provided "as-is";
- UK law governs these Terms
If you don't agree, please don't use SuperIntern.
1. What SuperIntern Does
SuperIntern is an AI-powered assistant that you can customize with "Skills" created by expert developers.
Key Features:
- AI conversations and task assistance
- Install Skills to extend capabilities
- Create and publish your own Skills (paid plans)
- Integration with third-party AI providers
Important: AI systems have limitations. Outputs may contain errors or inaccuracies. Always verify important information.
Use of Automated Systems
The Service uses automated systems and artificial intelligence to generate responses and assist users. These systems operate probabilistically and may produce outputs that are incomplete, inaccurate, or inconsistent. Users acknowledge that AI-generated outputs should be reviewed and verified before being relied upon for important decisions.

Houly Ltd is responsible for operating the Service, including:
- user accounts
- subscriptions and billing
- platform operations
- customer support
Intellectual Property Ownership: The SuperIntern platform, including software, models, and related technology, is owned by NeuroMesh Ltd, a company incorporated in the British Virgin Islands. Houly Ltd operates the SuperIntern platform under license from NeuroMesh Ltd.
3. Your Account
To use SuperIntern, you must:
- Be at least 16 years old
- Provide accurate information
- Keep your password secure
- Follow these Terms
You're responsible for all activity on your account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or create legal or security risks.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree to use SuperIntern responsibly.
You May
- Use SuperIntern for personal or business purposes
- Install and use Skills
- Generate and share AI outputs (subject to applicable law and third-party rights)
You May Not
- Violate any laws or regulations
- Harass or harm other users
- Upload illegal or harmful content
- Infringe intellectual property rights
- Reverse engineer or attempt to extract platform logic
- Use SuperIntern to build competing AI systems through automated extraction
- Create accounts using false information
We may suspend or terminate accounts that misuse the Service.
Platform Safety
We may monitor platform usage and take reasonable steps to detect misuse, harmful activities, or violations of these Terms. We reserve the right to remove content, disable Skills, or restrict accounts where necessary to protect the platform, users, or legal compliance.
5. Subscriptions and Billing
SuperIntern offers several subscription tiers:
- Free Plan — basic features
- Pro Plan — additional features and ability to create Skills
- Enterprise Plan — custom features and pricing
Subscription fees:
- are billed in advance
- automatically renew unless cancelled
- may be subject to applicable taxes
Payments are processed through third-party payment providers such as Stripe. Payment information is subject to the payment provider's terms. Subscriptions may be cancelled at any time through account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Except where required by law, fees are non-refundable.
6. Your Data and Privacy
Houly Ltd acts as the data controller for personal data processed through the SuperIntern platform.
We collect and process personal data to:
- operate and improve the Service
- generate AI responses
- manage accounts and subscriptions
- provide customer support
- maintain platform security
Personal data may include:
- account information (email, name, date of birth)
- conversation and usage data
- technical data such as IP address and device information
AI Providers
User inputs may be transmitted to third-party AI providers (such as Anthropic or OpenAI) to generate responses. These providers operate under their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for their independent policies or operations.
Data Protection
We process personal data only as necessary to provide and improve the Service. We do not use user prompts or conversations to train AI models unless explicitly stated. Where personal data is transferred outside the UK or European Economic Area, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses. Security Practices
We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect personal data and platform security. However, no system can guarantee absolute security. Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials.
7. Skills and Creator Program
SuperIntern allows users to create and publish extensions called Skills.
Creating Skills
Users with eligible subscriptions may create and publish Skills. Creators must:
- comply with applicable laws
- respect intellectual property rights
- ensure Skills function as described
- provide appropriate disclaimers where required
Intellectual Property
Creators retain ownership of the Skills they develop. By publishing a Skill, the Creator grants Houly Ltd a non-exclusive license to: host and operate the Skill; distribute the Skill through the platform; maintain compatibility with the platform. Users who install Skills receive a limited license to use them.
Creator Responsibility
Creators are solely responsible for the functionality, safety, legality, and accuracy of their Skills. The platform is not responsible for content or outputs produced by third-party Skills.
Revenue Sharing
Creators may earn revenue from Skill usage. Detailed revenue terms are governed by a separate Creator Revenue Agreement.
8. AI Disclaimers
SuperIntern uses artificial intelligence technologies that may produce inaccurate or misleading outputs.
AI systems:
- may generate incorrect information
- may reflect biases in training data
- cannot verify facts in real time
- should not replace human judgment
Not Professional Advice
SuperIntern does not provide: medical advice; legal advice; financial or investment advice.
Users must consult qualified professionals before making important decisions. Users are responsible for verifying information before relying on AI outputs.
AI System Changes
The Service relies on third-party AI providers and evolving machine learning technologies. We may change or update the models or systems used to generate outputs at any time in order to improve the Service or maintain compatibility with third-party providers.
9. Service Disclaimer
The Service is provided "as-is" and "as available." We do not guarantee that: AI outputs will be accurate; the Service will be uninterrupted; Skills created by third parties will function as expected; the platform will be error-free. Nothing in these Terms limits statutory consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the total liability of Houly Ltd and its affiliates arising out of or relating to the Service shall not exceed the greater of: the amount paid by the user during the previous 12 months, or £100 or $100 (whichever is greater).
We are not liable for:
- indirect or consequential damages
- reliance on AI outputs
- third-party Skills
- third-party service providers
- data loss or business interruption
Nothing in these Terms limits liability for: death or personal injury caused by negligence; fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; liabilities that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Houly Ltd, NeuroMesh Ltd, and their affiliates from claims arising from: your misuse of the Service; your violation of these Terms; content or Skills you create; infringement of third-party rights. This obligation survives termination of your account.
12. Account Termination
Users may close their accounts at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that: violate these Terms; create legal or security risks; misuse the platform.
Upon termination:
- access to the Service ends
- published Skills may be removed
- data may be deleted according to our retention policies
13. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the platform or by email. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If you are a consumer in the UK or EU, mandatory consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction continue to apply.
